Escape the crowds and head to Mamon Island to enjoy its pristine beach and crystal clear waters. Mamon is located further away from General Luna so it gets less visitors than the other islands. After a fresh and delicious boodle lunch, hop over to Corregidor to hike its grassy hill. Spectacular panoramic views await you at the top.
This bespoke itinerary is only available on Galatea Tours:
Mamon Island is a paradise with its swaying coconut trees, white sand beach and crystal clear waters. Galatea Tours operates its own beach front facility exclusively for its own guests. Corregidor is famous for its panoramic views from atop the hill that makes up the island. Indulge is the famous boodle fight lunch that includes fresh seafood, grilled meats, Filipino dishes and tropical fruits. Vegetarian dishes are included.
Your day begins at the General Luna port. You’ll meet up with your guide and co-travelers at the nearby Love Coco Café at 8:30am. Feel free to have breakfast and coffee before the start of the tour. Once everyone is registered, you’ll head over to your boat which is a traditional Filipino pumpboat or “Bangka”.
Your first stop is Mamon Island, a secluded paradise about an hour away. With fewer crowds, it offers the perfect setting to unwind. Spend a few hours swimming in crystal-clear waters, snorkelig, lounging on the sandy shores, or exploring the quaint fishing village. Please be mindful of your surroundings to help protect the delicate marine ecosystem. Lunch will be served at our exclusive beachfront facility.
After lunch, head over to Corregidor (Casulian Island). You’ll start your adventure by strolling on a perfect carpet of grass into the town, then ascend a short trail to the hilltop. Take in the panoramic views, climb up a coconut tree and get those insta-worthy pictures. If hiking isn’t your thing, unwind by the beach, sip on a refreshing drink at the local bar, or take a rejuvenating swim before heading back to the port.
Food Notes: Lunch includes at least 4 viands (meat and seafood), a vegetable dish and fruits. The actual menu is based on available seafood and produce from the local market. It is important to inform us in advance on any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks.
